France and Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann has named three favourites for this year's Ballon d'Or award.
The arguments have already begun after the 30-man nominees list was released by France Football on Thursday evening.

Griezmann was also nominated for the award and joked that he should before talking up three candidates for the accolade.
“Haaland or Messi for the Ballon d’Or? Me,” Griezmann said, as per Football Espana.
“I should win it. You forgot that I am nominated too … If not me, then Messi or Mbappé.
"Haaland had a great season, but it’s a World Cup year, you know?”
Most of the discourse surrounding the favourites include Haaland after his 52 goals last season helped Manchester City claim the famous treble.
The Norwegian striker also recently beat Messi and City teammate Kevin de Bruyne for the 2022/2023 UEFA Player of the Year award.
