The next opponents for Percy Tau's Al Ahly in the CAF Champions League have now been confirmed following the quarter-final draw on Tuesday afternoon.
The draw took place in Cairo this afternoon, with reigning champions Al Ahly having been eager find out who their next opponents will be after finishing top of their group in the previous round.

Impressively, the 11-time champions have achieved an eighth consecutive participation in the knockout rounds of the tournament.
With the quarter-final draw having now been conducted, it has been confirmed that Tau and company will face Tanzanian giants Simba SC in the tournament's first knockout stage.
South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns, meanwhile, are set to do battle against Young Africans in a bid to reach the semi-finals.

QF 1: Simba SC (Tanzania) vs Al Ahly (Egypt)
QF 2: TP Mazembe (DR Congo) vs Atletico Petroleos (Angola)
QF 3: Esperance Sportive de Tunis (Tunisia) vs ASEC Mimosas (Cote d’Ivoire)
QF 4: Young Africans (Tanzania) vs Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)
The winner of quarter-final 3 will face the winner of quarter-final four in the semi-finals, while the victors of quarter-final 2 will take on the winning team of quarter-final 1, which means Masandawana could meet the Red Devils in the final should both teams make it that far!
