TS Galaxy defender Given Msimango is confident the side's mid-season trip to Turkey will prepare his teammates well in order to turn the club's fortunes in the DStv Premiership.

While in Turkey, TS Galaxy played to a 1-1 draw with Turkish side Giresunspor on Tuesday and will now turn their attention to Serie A outfit Sampdoria on Sunday 11 December before meeting Al Batin from Saudi Arabia on Monday December.
"As a team we need to try and collect maximum points in every game we play. I think this mid-season camp will help us a lot," Msimango the club's media.
"The quality of games we're playing here is higher, if not equivalent, to what we're getting at home. Given that the opponents are playing in the European competitions and a standard of football that's at a higher level."
After a solid start to the season, that included an undefeated run of five games, The Rockets would be disappointed with how finding themselves on position 12 of the league table. Galaxy went into the FIFA break on a run of nine league matches without a win.
While maintaining an impressive defensive record of just seven goals conceded, The Rockets have struggled upfront and only managed to score six goals. Alongside Maritzburg United, this is the joint-lowest amount of goals scored by any DStv Premiership side this season.
Msimango believes that the European camp will play some part of helping the side turn its' fortunes around.
"Yeah I think we're preparing well and post this pre-season trip, we'll be ready for the second round of games," the 25-year-old added.
