Former Moroka Swallows forward Alton Meiring has outlined what the Dube Birds should learn from the high-flying Stellenbosch FC.
Against all odds, Stellies were recently crowned the Carling Knockout champions, and are currently fourth on the DStv Premiership table.
Meiring says the likes of Swallows should take leaf out of Stellenbosch book to avoid biting more than what they can chew.
"It's always nice to have a team that is not that big dominating," Meiring tells KickOff.

"Stellenbosch they are financially strong yes, and as you know Moroka Swallows are struggling now, you could see it on the field.
"But with Stellenbosch you don't hear of those types of problems. That's because their structure is good.
"Everybody has been complaining about Mamelodi Sundowns and their money, but Stellenbosch has been quiet.
"Yes their owners also they are rich, but they never went overboard. They stick to their budget and it stays like that.
"The other teams what they should learn from the Stellies it's their structure, you got to have a structure.
"They got to have a salary cap, as a small team you can't have somebody getting paid R1.4 million and the other one R24 000.

"The club should be blamed for that."
