Mamelodi Sundowns have finally reached an agreement with GladAfrica Championship club, University Of Pretoria for one of their star players.
The 23-year-old Katlego Mohamme had a season to remember with AmaTuks this season becoming a regular with 21 league matches and two appearances in the Nedbank Cup.
The Tshwane club have now agreed to sell the South Africa U-23 international centre-back to DSTV Premiership champions Sundowns, and all that is left now is for the player to agree personal terms.
"Katlego Mohamme's camp is currently busy talking with Sundowns," the source told snl24.com/kickoff. "They are still talking the player's agent and Sundowns, club to club it's done.
"He is a good player that boy. He is playing for the Under 23s. He is the Olympics team left-footed centre-back. Personal terms it's what's left now.
"So he is busy talking to Sundowns but there's nothing concrete yet. Club to club it's done, Sundowns made an offer. It's just personal terms that are not agreed yet."
AmaTuks CEO Kenneth Neluvhalani directed all questions regarding the matter to the club's team manager Khathocelo Mbanda who could not be reached for comment at the time of publishing this article.
