Defender Zitha Kwinika has reflected on Kaizer Chiefs' 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates while praising a growing defensive partnership with Edmilson Dove for neutralising the threat of dangerman Monnapule Saleng.
Yusuf Maart scored one of the epic goals in the history of the Soweto derby with a sensational lobbed effort from beyond the half-way line.

"It was a really good one, great atmosphere," Kwinika is quoted on the club website.
"It is every boy's dream to play in such a packed stadium representing the brand and I think we did that very well in front of the people who were there.
"We managed to get the required points.
"I think now, and also from the previous game, which was AmaZulu, where we kept a clean sheet, we want to build up and continue from there."
That growing partnership with central defensive partner Edmilson Dove kept a clean-sheet in Saturday's Soweto derby by nullifying dangerman Monnapule Saleng.
"In football, you have a point to prove so I think the boys knew that if we neutralised that threat we had a good chance of winning," Kwinika added.
Chiefs will next feature in the Carling Black Label Cup tournament alongside Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu on 12 November.
