Molefi Ntseki and Arthur Zwane have both had chances to lead Kaizer Chiefs despite no previous head coaching experience in the DStv Premiership.
Kaizer Chiefs will end the season with a caretaker coach in Cavin Johnson who is expected to make way for a new man in the new campaign.
This will be the fifth consecutive off-season that Chiefs make a change in relation to the man in charge of their dressing room since their decision to dump Ernst Middendorp for finishing second in the league.
