Stellenbosch extended their unbeaten run to 20 matches after a goalless draw against Sekhukhune United in the DStv Premiership on Saturday evening.
Stellies continued with the attack of Iqraam Rayners, Anicet Oura, Andre de Jong and Devon Titus following their win over Kaizer Chiefs.
Sekhukhune, on the other hand, were boosted by the return of Elias Mokwana, alongside Jamie Webber and Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, as three changes from their draw against Cape Town City.
Both sides were threatening to get an early lead, with chances coming via set-pieces but they could not capitalize.
After cancelling each other out up to the half-hour mark, Stellies had a big chance missed by Oura from close-range after he was setup by Rayners.
Steve Barker's charges gained momentum and Rayners had a chance to break the deadlock shortly before the interval but his shot in the box was crucially blocked as the first stanza ended without goals.
Sekhukhune almost had a perfect start in the second stanza as within a minute Daniel Cardoso had a chance to break the deadlock from Webber's corner but guided a close-range header wide.
The hosts had a good attacking spell after that and towards the hour-mark and had good opportunity but they were kept at bay by goalkeeper Badra Ali Sangare.
With the game on the edge, Barker required fresh legs in attack with ten minutes to go, as Antonio Van Wyk replaced Titus and Lehlohonolo Seema also made a similar change a couple of minutes later as Thamsanqa Masiya replaced Vusimuzi Mncube.
However, the sides still cancelled each other out in the dying minutes as the game ended all square.
