Two of the trendiest South African personalities right now, Shebeshxt and Skomota, were recently spotted rocking the kasi gravel turf at Snake Park. Here's a look!
The story
Shebeshxt, a Limpopo musician, has been making headlines for varying reasons in recent months. The artist was released from jail in August pending an ongoing case of two counts of attempted murder, assault, damage to property, and a discharge of a firearm.
Although quite a controversial figure, Shebeshxt is affectionately labelled the President Yama 2K, and his recent interview on Podcast & Chill with MacG went viral - with the episode sitting on 1.5 million views in just five days. Despite being touted the bad boy of Bolo music, the music star seems to be loved regardless of his alleged transgressions.
Skomota, on the other hand, is a viral sensation thanks to his moves, which led to “Skomota dance challenge” on TikTok and other social media platforms. He also recently made an appearance on the SAMA awards stage alongside singer Makhadzi.

Shebeshxt and Skomota have since been spotted at the Snekeneke Pre-Festive Games, an amateur football tournament taking place at Snake Park in Soweto. In images posted by football photographer Vino Snap on Instagram, the two can be seen entertaining the crowd and players with what they do best, with their reception seemingly warm as well.
It clear that the pair's interests are not only amapiano, as their willingness to appear at the Snake Park ground could suggest that the two enjoy the flamboyance and kasi flavour on display at these events.
