Stuart Baxter recently parted ways with Swedish club Helsingborgs IF.

With Stuart Baxter said to be available for a potential return to South African after his time at second-tier Swedish side Helsingborgs IF came to an end, this is what KickOff readers had to say.

What's the story?

According to a communication from the Superettan club, the club and Baxter reached an agreement to not extend the manager's contract.

"After a period of constructive dialogue, the parties agree that the best thing for Helsingborgs IF, in the short and long term, is to go their separate ways," reads a statement from the club.

KO readers, as per usual, did not hesitate to express their thoughts on Facebook with most followers being against the possibility of him managing in Mzansi once again.

"No tactics this one, a one plan coach. I still remember him playing Gaxa, Masilela, Gould, Mashamaite and Mathoho in a starting 11 but we still lost 3-2 to Wits although we had 5 defenders on the field. Too much favouritism like insisting with Kingston Nkatha leaving Majoro on the bench and then forced Majoro out," says Ernest Malgas.

"There's a club that specializes in recycling. They will go for him," says Sipho Ntekiso.

"The PSL must make laws for every team on what or which coach to hire, yes he had success before but is he bringing any improvement to our game?? We can't be having a rotation of failers," says Teboho Mokoena.

"He is a great coach easy to work with, He just wants his team to kick the ball Upfield," says Z Dila Mvangwana.

"As Kaizer Chiefs fans, we thank him for his past contributions to the beautiful history of our club. However, he doesnt feature to the future of our magnificent club," says Shumi La Madoda Mthwane.

"He has reached his sellby date go to retirement. We need young coaches who understands modern day football," says Steve Mofubetsoane

"He can go back to chiefs, we know deep down they want him back," says Mulalo Sikhipha

"I never believe in him and his boring style of play!" exclaimed Dumisani Mngxongo Molo.

Meanwhile, readers also reacted to Orlando Pirates' 2-0 win over Moroka Swallows, courtesy of a goal by Evidence Makgopa and an own goal by Sipho Sibiya, in a Soweto derby that saw the Buccaneers achieve their third win in five games, and leapfrog their local rivals on the DStv Premiership table.

Take a look at what KO followers had to say on Facebook:

"Evidence Makgopa, that's evidence enough that this guy is a proven goalscorer. That's why we bought him from Baroka! I was little bit worried about his game time, but lately he's playing," says Bongisizwe Kutuka.

"Well done for great performance shapaaaa bucs," says Refilwe Hosea Mosima.

"We will take the 3 points which is important, still not happy with our performance, Swallow missed 5 regular players we should have done better, but 3 points is all that counts," says Senzo Mazibuko.

"Congrats to Bucs. The Players are now starting to come to their senses & but Pirates won the game they shouldn't have to win' & unfortunately the lost games that they should have been won by large margin. NB. Pirates deserve to have Plus Minus 26 Point by now compared the other previous seasons," says Matties Cold.

"We dependant heavily on Lepasa when his form took a nose dive we went so many games with no win struggling to score. It is happening again we dependant on Makgopa the coach must work on his arsenal," says Nyiko Mathebula

"I'm not happy with a second goal," says Buyani Cele.

"Happy for Makgopa," says Sier Tee.
