The South Africa summer season has surely begun and a number of Orlando Pirates stars have made this quite evident with their recent swimming rendezvous.
It appears that some Pirates stars, if not all, went to a particular location where the key feature was a fresh blue water pool.
And of course, the usual suspects did not resist taking a few snaps, with Thabang Monare, Linda Mntambo, Vincent Pule and Fortune Makaringe capturing a few moments from the refreshing occasion.

What was the occasion?
The occasion seems to be a bit of a mystery given that not all the Buccanneers players were present, judging by what we have witnessed on their social media.
If it was a team trip, then we can carefully make the assumption that it's only the aforementioned four who took time to post. If not, then Mntambo, Makaringe, and Monare have spoiled themselves by checking into a stylish resort, lodge or hotel to unwind in the few days off that they had in between matches.
However, whichever way this trip unfolded - whether it was a team thing or a bit more exclusive, we have to hand it to the three stars for their united spirit and friendship.
In the past, there have been rumours about big egos in the Pirates dressing room and such occasions do sort of cause doubt about the truthfulness of such claims.
