What Happened?
The baller suffered a difficult season in the last campaign as he only featured in two matches in the whole campaign after falling down the pecking order behind Thabang Monare, Fortune Makaringe, Ben Motshwari and Siphesihle Ndlovu.

After leaving Pirates on loan, the footballer admitted that he was very frustrated with his situation.
However, this season has started off on a bright note as the talented midfielder has already made two appearances.
It appears that Zungu has found a new lease of life and the baller took to Instagram to show his new training method which includes him running on a beach which is a lot tougher than normal sprints.

It seems that the 26-year-old is all smiles as he is insistent on getting as fit as possible. This is refreshing as you rarely see footballers put in extra work off the pitch.
The talented player appeared to be working on his short sprints which are important in ensuring that a midfielder excels.

Richards Bay FC boss Sifiso Jomo Biyela has admitted that he wants to sign Zungu on a permanent deal as the chairman views him as someone who makes the dressing room alive and a exceptional talent.
