What Happened?
The Bulgarian spent one season with the Brazilians and left after he was not offered a new contract despite leading the team to second in the race for the ABSA Premiership title.
Since leaving Sundowns, the manager proceeded to hold three more roles before he eventually became a club owner of CSKA Sofia while Stoichkov is also a pundit about LaLiga football.

In a recent post on Instagram, Stoichkov was spotted with Donald Trump at a golf course and he captioned the photo saying: A great afternoon playing golf with former president Donald Trump & my friends.
It appears that the pair have a friendship and what better way to spend bonding than golfing as the former president has huge list of courses around the world.
