The competition is open to females aged between 18 years and 25 years only and entrants must be in possession of a valid passport. Twelve finalists will be selected by an expert panel and will be featured on the KICK OFF website, where members of the public will be allowed to vote for their favourite. Once the public have cast their votes, the judge's decision is final and the lucky winner will be formally announced.
