Adidas SMS Competition - Terms & conditions
SMS Adidas and the name of the variant advertised that month and your name to 34013 and stand the chance to win one of 10 Adidas hampers worth R1500 each.
- The Promoter of the competition is Indigo Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd (’the Promoter’).
- The competition will commence on the 17th of December 2007 and will terminate on the 17th of June 2008.
- To enter just SMS “ADIDAS”, the name of the variant and your name to 34013. You will receive a confirmation SMS. SMS will be charged at R 2.00 per entry and free minutes or free SMS’s do not apply.
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa, over the age of 16 years. Employees of Indigo Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd and their immediate families, associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are excluded from entering.
- All entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries for which a confirmation SMS is not received.
- Proof of a text message delivery report is not considered 'proof of delivery'.
- The Promoter has the right to change the terms of or terminate the competition at its sole discretion.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of the competition rules.
- Every month a different advertorial will be published and a winner will be chosen:

- The winners of the competition will be chosen by means of a lucky draw and the decision of the judges will be final.
- The draw will take place monthly 4 weeks after the closing date of the competition as mentioned in the advertorial, at the Promoter’s offices, situated at Evans Avenue, Epping 1, Cape Town.
- Winners will be contacted telephonically and given instructions on how to claim their prizes from the prize administrators.
- Each month 10 winners will be drawn. Hampers will consist of a mix of Adidas fragrances, toiletries and apparel to the value of R1500.
- Prizes will be presented within 4 weeks of the winners contacting the prize administrators.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into this regard.
- The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of prizes.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any incomplete entries or incorrect details and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter will assume no liability for any direct or indirect damages occurring as a result of participation in the competition or as a result of the use of the prize.
- The prizes are as stated and are not transferable for cash.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast without further compensation.
- The Promoter has the right to enter names of all contestants into a corporate database which will entitle The Promoter to communicate any of its information / promotions to such contestants unless the contestant notifies The Promoter in writing.
