In a Mamelodi Sundowns team overflowing with star players, the Zimbabwean international is arguably the one player coach Pitso Mosimane misses most when he is unavailable.

Billiat moved to Chloorkop at the beginning of the season from Ajax Cape Town after prolonged transfer negotiations, with the likes of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates also said to be interested.

The Urban Warriors reportedly slapped a R10million price-tag on his head, Sundowns eventually relented, and it immediately proved money well spent as Billiat terrorized defences.

His combination countryman Cuthbert Malajila, Dove Wome and Katlego Mashego made Downs almost untouchable, but a recurring foot injury cut short what could have been a memorable season.
