AS Monaco pulled clear of the relegation zone in Ligue 1 with victory over Lille in the pick of Friday's European action.

Ligue 1

Lille 0-1 AS Monaco

Monaco left it late to sink Lille as Carlos' 90th minute strike secured a 1-0 win at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.

The win sees Monaco move six points of the bottom play-off spot, while Lille remain 17 points behind league leaders Paris Saint-Germain.

South African striker Lyle Foster was an unused substitute for Monaco.

Nice 1-1 Toulouse

Firmin Ndombe Mubele cancelled out Wylan Cyprien's opener as Nice and Toulouse shared the spoils at the Allianz Riviera.

Bundesliga

Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Freiburg

Gladbach moved up to third spot in the standings, despite dropping points at home to Freiburg.

Vincenzo Grifo put the visitors ahead after 10 minutes before Alassane Plea restored parity six minutes later.

Serie A

Cagliari 2-1 Fiorentina

Cagliari eased their relegation fears with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina thanks to goals from João Pedro and Luca Ceppitelli.

As a result, Cagliari moved up to 14th spot and are now nine points clear of the relegation zone.

LaLiga

Real Sociedad 1-1 Levante

Borja Mayoral rescued a point for Levante after cancelling out Adnan Januzaj's 26th minute strike in a 1-1 draw with Real Sociedad.
