Highlands Park coach Owen Da Gama is pleased Black Leopards have taken the decision to play Phathutshedzo Nange and Marks Munyai again.
After Nange and Munyai signed pre-contracts with Bidvest Wits and Highlands respectively, Leopards sidelined them.
However, things have changed for two players. They are back in action for Lidoda Duvha, as Nange returned for the first time when Leopards played Highlands over the weekend. Nange had not played since January 6, when Lidoda Duvha beat Limpopo rivals Baroka 2-1.
Munyai has featured in Leopards’ last two matches against Bidvest Wits and Highlands.
Da Gama had previously voiced his concern about teams sidelining players who sign pre-contracts elsewhere. A player they have signed on a pre-contract, Rodney Ramagalela, is not even training with the first team at Polokwane City.
"I am so happy for Black Leopards," ODG said after the game.
"I'm so happy with the attitude they have shown to even bring Nange to come and play I think that is good for the game.
"I say congratulations to Black Leopards because at the end of the day they are contracted to them they are their players.
"I'm so happy with the decision from Leopards management to play the boys."
Munyai will join Highlands from July 1 when his current deal with Leopards expires.
