Man-of-the-match Thembinkosi Lorch believes key to the 4-2 victory over Chippa United was Orlando Pirates' ability to capitalise on their opponent's weaknesses.
Lorch delivered a pinpoint cross to set up Jele for the opener and had a busy game up and down the right flank.
The 25-year-old felt although Pirates should have scored more, he was not concerned by the wasteful finishing.
"I think today we played well, especially second-half we showed character by scoring those two goals," Lorch told SuperSport TV.
"But I think we could have done better. I think we could have scored at least six goals. But we are happy, we will take the three points.
"We create a lot of chances every game but we can't convert them all. We have to understand that as long as we score one of them then it's fine for us."
"I think they (Chippa) are a good team. individual players, the likes of Mayambela and others. But we planned for them. We knew their strengths and weaknesses and we capitalised on their weaknesses. That's why we won today."
