Lesedi Kapinga claims Black Leopards were unfortunate against Kaizer Chiefs

Posted: 7 November 2018 Time: 22:15

Black Leopards midfielder Lesedi Kapinga believes the scoreline against Kaizer Chiefs was not a true reflection of the game.

Willard Katsande managed to get the only goal of the game in the Absa Premiership clash that handed Amakhosi all the three points.

Kapinga is of the opinion that Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune denied them the opportunity to get something out of the game.

“[The score] can’t be the true reflection of this encounter we created so many chances that we were so unfortunate we didn’t capitalise on that,” Kapinga said on SuperSport TV after receiving his Man of the Match award.

“We have to work hard on our finishing, we’re trying so hard to hit the target but we’re failing. But credit to the big guy [Itumeleng] Khune he made a lot of saves,” he said.
