The PSL has finally clarified as to which team will play in the Inland Stream and Coastal Stream in the National First Division this season.
The clarity came during the PSL Board of Governors meeting held at Sandton Sun this morning where board member Kaizer Motaung told the gathering they had decided a draw should be conducted to determine who plays where.
The two teams, which were affected, were Carara Kicks and their neighbours Africa Warriors and when the draw was conducted Carara Kicks remained in the Coastal Stream where they were playing last season, while Africa Warriors who played in the same Coastal moved to Inland for the new season.
The two newly-promoted teams from the Vodacom League, United FC from Free State and Batau FC from Mpumalanga, will both play in the Inland Stream.
The full division of the streams is as follows.
INLAND STREAM
African Warriors, Black Leopards, Winners Park, Dynamos, Witbank Spurs, University of Pretoria, Batau FC, United FC.
COASTAL STREAM
Bay United, FC Cape Town, Carara Kicks, Hannover Park, Thanda Royal Zulu, Vasco da Gama, Ikapa Sporting, Nathi Lions
