MultiChoice Diski Challenge checking into Hammarsdale

Posted: 5 September 2018 Time: 10:24

The PSL Reserve League will start up again this weekend, with the first MultiChoice Diski Challenge festival set to take place at Hammarsdale Stadium in KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday.

The 2018/19 Diski Challenge will kick off with the stand-alone games on Saturday.

Entry is free at the festival but members of the public will be issued with a ticket as part of access control. Tickets will be available at the stadium ticket office on Friday from 13h00. Only two tickets will be allocated per person on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The opening festival will see six clubs battling it out: Maritzburg United, AmaZulu FC, Lamontville Golden Arrows, Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.

Golden Arrows will be looking for a third title in the competition. Sundowns and University of Pretoria are the two other sides who have lifted the trophy.

Winners of the Diski Challenge will once again be rewarded with an international tour to a destination that has not been announced yet where they will play friendly matches and receive training from some of the best youth coaches in the world.

A lucky fan will also accompany the winning team on the international tour.

All Diski Challenge matches are broadcast live on SuperSport 4 (DStv channel 204) and SuperSport 10 (DStv channel 210) and on community TV channels available on DStv.
