Mbombela United head coach Milton Dlamini says Witbank Spurs should be the ones worrying about his team and not the other way round heading into their derby.
The rivals will not only be fighting for bragging rights in Mpumalanga on today, but will also be battling for three points that could send either side to the top of the standings depending on results.
Both teams have made a fair start to the 2018/2019 National First Division season with a win and draw apiece.
Last season Spurs had the upper hand over United, winning both their home and away fixtures.
"We are prepared, we are taking it as any other league game," the former Platinum Stars assistant coach says.
"It's like any other home game for us, because our procedure when it's home games we go for three points. We are just focused in ourselves, we are sure we are gonna handle them. We have to impose ourselves to them because they are coming to our home. So they are the ones who must look at our videos and all that because they are coming to visit us. We are going to be offensive and not defensive."
Asked how does he feel about his team's start to the campaign, Dlamini says: "We feel okay because we drew away, we got a win at home. So we've got another home game, we have to expect a win. We will fight for a win, that's the priority for us. Ja, that is the attitude that we have. Whoever is coming to our home ground we'll fight for three points."
Mbombela recently bolstered their squad, notably bringing in Swaziland international Felix Badenhorst amongst other, but Dlamini says both outfits have made acquisitions.
"They've also got players, we signed players. At the end of the day it's about what is gonna happen at 3 o'clock."
Kick-off is at 15h00 at Kabokweni Stadium.
