Real Valladolid hopeful new owner Ronaldo Nazario can secure deal for Brazilian wonderkid

As Brazil legend Ronaldo Nazario closes in on his the takeover of Real Valladolid, the LaLiga side remains hopeful his influence can bring Real Madrid wonderkid Vinicius Junior to the club.
Spanish publication Marca claims Ronaldo's imminent takeover as club president will allow Vinicius' to develop at the northern Spanish city, given the close ties between the two Brazilians.
Ronaldo, who is also on the board at Real, was master of ceremonies at the presentation of the youngster at the Bernabéu, with Real Madrid paying €45m for his services from Flamengo.
Despite his arrival meeting with much fanfare ans excitement, it was revealed that the 18-year-old will just train with the club's first team and feature in the development ranks for the 2018/19 season.
The LaLiga newcomers have reportedly been at loggerheads with Los Blancos over a potential loan deal, arguing with club president Florentino Perez that their promising talent's development will be best served to play in the Spanish top-flight.
With just one day to go before the European transfer window shut, the sensational deal remains in limbo.
