With Yaya Toure's next destination still unknown, the Premier League legend has been compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, as a talent that could excel anywhere despite being in the twilight of his career.
Toure, 35, remains a free agent since his contract at Manchester City expired at the end of last season.
However, his agent Dimtri Seluk set the rumour mill into overdrive after confirming his client 'completed a medical in London'.
Reports soon followed that the four-time African Player of the Year will rejoin Greek Super League giants Olympiacos.
Wherever he ends up, former England manager Sven Goran Eriksson believes Toure will maintain his high level of performance, comparing him to compatriot Ibrahimovic.
"He's a very proud man, and he's proud of what he can do. I don't think we would sign for any club knowing he can't do the job," he told Sky Sports.
"He is a little bit like Zlatan (Ibrahimovic), they are great players and they know what they have done, and they know today what they can do.
"If Yaya decides to play in London, England or China or wherever, he surely can do it. Yaya is a great player, great head, great feet."
