SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo hopes to see new signing James Keene get amongst the goals like Bradley Grobler, while he was encouraged by Phumlani Ntshangase's debut display.
SuperSport drew 2-2 with Kaizer Chiefs in the first leg of the MTN8 semi-finals over the weekend, with Grobler hitting a first-half brace at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
"It was good to see Brad getting two goals. I think he has been playing well," Tembo said.
"I am expecting James Keene to get his break as well because we can't rely only on one player. We also want our midfielders to chip in in terms of scoring goals.
"I was happy to see Brad scoring those two goals. It shows I am spoilt for choice upfront."
Tembo was impressed with Ntshangase's fitness. The utility player recently joined Matsatsantsa on loan for the season after struggling for game-time at Bidvest Wits.
"We brought Phumlani because he is versatile. He can play as right-back, centre-back and as a holding midfielder.
"Knowing Chiefs have good midfielders who are good on the ball, we wanted to play him, [Reneilwe Letsholonyane] 'Yeye' and Dean [Furman], to try put pressure on their midfield so that we can control the midfield.
"He has been doing well at training. I didn't expect him to play 90 minutes because it was his first game and he didn't do pre-preason. I am happy with his fitness and you can see he is a disciplined player."
Tembo's side will host Chippa United in the league at the same venue on Wednesday before contesting the cup rematch with Chiefs at FNB Stadium on Saturday (20h15).
