SuperSport United defender Clayton Daniels believes there is no such thing as a home or away fixture when facing Kaizer Chiefs even in a two-legged tie, as players always want to impress against Amakhosi.
The two sides will clash in the MTN8 semi-finals, with the first leg being played on Sunday at Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville.
The return duel is taking place at Chiefs’ home ground FNB Stadium on September 1.
"Well [it's] a home game, we must go and try and win the game," Daniels tells KickOff.com.
"But at the same time playing Chiefs doesn't matter home or away. It is always a game players look forward to play and always try to give their best."
SuperSport reached the last-four by beating another Soweto giant in Orlando Pirates, but Daniels is well aware that counts for very little this weekend.
"They are different, they are not the same players and coaches. So yes, it is gonna be a different game also. Well it is two games to be played to be in the final, so we will see."
