Brazil legend Ronaldinho says LaLiga 'would be like paradise' for Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah should he move to FC Barcelona or Real Madrid.
Salah, 25, enjoyed an incredible debut season with Liverpool after returning to England from AS Roma.
His 44 goals in 52 games across all competitions helped the Reds reach the UEFA Champions League final and finish fourth in the Premier League.
He also made a clean sweep of awards with the Premier League Golden Boot, PFA Player of the Year, BBC African Player of the Year, before the ill-fated 2018 FIFA World Cup campaign with Egypt.
And Ronaldinho, who earned an legendary status in LaLiga during his time with FC Barcelona. feels Salah will replicate his debut form and possibly go on to play in the Spanish top-flight.
"Mohamed Salah is brilliant and has the opportunity to become the top scorer of the Premier League for a second consecutive season," Ronaldinho told Pyramids TV.
"He will have a hard time competing for the Golden Boot due to the presence of outstanding players such as Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane.
"Salah has the ability to play in any club and any league," Ronaldinho added.
"The Spanish league will be very suitable for a great player like Mohamed Salah, and for him, it will be like a paradise."
Salah, who was nominated for The Best FIFA Men's Player of the Year award opened his account for the 2018/19 season with a goal in the 4-0 rout of West Ham on Saturday.
