Cape Town City have confirmed the contract renewal of another one of their key players before the close of the transfer window.
The Citizens have made it known that they mean business in retaining their players as Mozambican international Edmilson Dove has committed his future to the club.

Dove has penned a new four-year deal that will see him remain with the Cape-based side until 2022, following his arrival 18 months ago.
The 24-year-old left-back has been a regular feature in City's setup under coach Benni McCarthy, often rotating with Ebrahim Seedat as he managed 24 appearances in all competitions last season.
The club have sent a clear message that they intend building a formidable squad in order to challenge for silverware, after they also tied down centre-back Taariq Fielies on Wednesday.
With the PSL's 'big boys' circling the Mother City outfit in recent times – as evidenced by the likes of Aubrey Ngoma, Lyle Lakay and Robyn Johannes all moving to Gauteng – they are determined to avoid losing any influential personnel for free.
