Striker Nathan Paulse has come out of retirement to play for Cape Umoya United

Former Ajax Cape Town striker Nathan Paulse has been tempted out of retirement by coach Roger de Sa to help Cape Umoya United secure topflight football.

KickOff.com recently reported that De Sa was determined to get Paulse on board for the upcoming National First Division season and the deal was confirmed yesterday by both the club and player.

Paulse was doing work as an analyst on SuperSport TV for PSL matches, but will put that aside for now to focus on playing football.

Paulse and De Sa worked together at Ajax, as the forward enjoyed some of his best football towards the end of his career. Now he is preparing to return to the pitch and the coach will be hoping that the 36-year-old can deliver for him this season.
