Orlando Pirates captain Happy Jele has signed a new contract with the Soweto giants.
Jele has committed himself to the club for another season, extending his stay to at least 12 years with the senior team.
The 31-year-old, who was honoured with the Chairman's Award at the club's prize-giving last month, saw his previous deal come to an end in June.
Following discussions held earlier this week, The Buccaneers have now confirmed that their long-serving defender will remain at the Houghton-based outfit for the 2018/19 season.

"Orlando Pirates Football Club can confirm that captain Happy Jele has signed on the dotted line to extend his stay on board the Buccaneers ship for another season," read a club statement.
"The deal was concluded after a brief meeting between the player and club management on Tuesday.
"Jele will be celebrating his 12th season as an Orlando Pirates player when the 2018/19 season kicks off this weekend."
'Magents' has stood the test of time at the club, being the only remaining member of their historic back-to-back treble-winning squad.
