Ghana's Jordan Ayew to follow brother Andre out Swansea after suffering Premier League relegation

Posted: 1 August 2018 Time: 15:30

Jordan Ayew looks set to join his older brother Andre in departing Swansea City after their relegation from the Premier League.

Ayew, 26, joined the Swans from Aston Villa last year in a reported  £5m (R86m) deal but looks destined to follow his brother out the Liberty Stadium.

Andre signed a season-long loan deal with Turkish giants Fernerbache last week but Jordan looks set to remain in England.

According to BBC Football, the Ghana forward is in talks with Crystal Palace, with the two club's exploring the possibility of a swap deal with defender Jairo Riedewald.

After scoring 11 goals in 44 games across all competitions, Jordan's arrival is said to be a contingency plan in case Wilfried Zaha makes a late move before the close of the transfer window next week.
