National First Division side Witbank Spurs have signed Siphumelele Mbulu and Sihle Gum on one-year loan deals from Orlando Pirates and Free State Stars respectively.
The 19-year-old Mbulu made his Buccaneers debut in the last game of 2017/18 in a 2-1 win against Stars where he played the whole 90 minutes. He was promoted from the club's youth ranks in February after some impressive displays in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge.
Spurs have also recruited central midfielder Khayalethu Mjoli outright on a two-year contract from Polokwane City after he only made four starts for the Limpopo outfit in all competitions last season.
"We signed Siphumelele Mbulu from Pirates, Sihle Gum from Free State Stars, Khayalethu Mjoli from Polokwane City," Spurs CEO Freddy Mapulane tells KickOff.com.
"We are still assessing other PSL players. On paper the team looks good and ready to compete."
The Emalahleni-based club also re-signed Randy Ngobe earlier this month from Rise and Shine.
