TS Sporting manager Bheki Nkosi has explained the club's decision to sign former Baroka goalkeeper Oscarine Masuluke.
KickOff.com on Tuesday revealed Sporting had brought in Masuluke, who previously had an unsuccessful trial at Kaizer Chiefs after being released by Bakgaga for disciplinary reasons in February.
The National First Division newcomers have also recruited the Swazi duo of 30-year-old striker Sandile Hlatjwako and 26-year-old left-back Sanele Mkhweli from Mbabane Swallows, as well as ex-Cape Town All Stars man Bafana Sibeko.
"Oscarine is an experienced goalkeeper and he played in the PSL. So we needed another experienced goalkeeper in case the other got injured," Nkosi tells this website.
"I have also signed Bafana Sibeko, who previously played for Cape Town All Stars, Chippa United and Black Leopards. He was training with Tuks when I found him.
"There's also Sanele Mkhweli, a left-back from Mbabane Swallows. Sandile Hlatjwako, a striker from Mbabane Swallows as well."
