Liverpool's Mohamed Salah refutes Sergio Ramos claims of being 'OK' after a 'career-low point' injury

Liverpool and Egypt forward Mohamed Salah has indicated he's not forgiven Sergio Ramos after their tussle resulted in a serious injury that left his FIFA World Cup hopes in jeopardy.

In a sensational response to the media scrutiny over his alleged foul play in the Champions League final, Ramos claimed he'd been unfairly targeted.

While claiming the only thing left to be accused of is that his 'sweat gave Roberto Firmino a cold'.

Ramos further insinuated that he texted Salah and sorted out their differences, agreeing that his challenge meant no harm or foul play and that he, in fact, was the one that was fouled.,

But Salah has since denied his statements in an interview with Sky Sports; "He sent me a message, but I never told him it was 'OK'.

"My comment is that it's always OK when the one who made you cry first, then makes you laugh. Maybe he could also tell me if I'm going to be ready for the World Cup?

"I hope to play the first game against Uruguay, but that will depend on how I feel when it approaches."
