Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has refused to rule out a move away from north London in the off-season, but says the club remains a “great place to be at the minute".
The England international blew hot and cold with Spurs this season and was often criticised for some lacklustre performances, although 46 goals and 41 assists in 146 appearances in all competitions since joining in 2015 makes for impressive reading.
A move away from the Premier League has been touted for Alli, with FC Barcelona and Real Madrid reportedly considering swoops for the 22-year-old, although he still has a full three years to run on his deal with the Londoners.
When asked if he would turn down a move to one of Europe's biggest clubs, Alli told Evening Standard Magazine: "I’d never say never to anything. You never know what is going to happen in football.
"I have still got a few years left on my contract."
He added: "We have got a young team, a young manager, a new stadium, so it is a great place to be at the minute. All the players can see the way the club is heading.”
