Jomo Cosmos announce three signings after failed promotion bid

Jomo Cosmos have announced the signing of three new players following the club's failed promotion bid in the recent PSL play-offs.

The club have acquired the services of goalkeeper Melusi Buthelezi, Nigerian winger Victor Chibuke Ohizu and defender Sicelokuhle Hlatshwayo.

According to Cosmos' website, Buthelezi is a promising shot-stopper from KwaZulu-Natal, who has no prior professional experience.

Centre-back Hlatshwayo is a 24-year-old, who was recently on the books of AmaZulu and formerly with Mpumalanga Black Aces. He had been on trial at the club since last year.

Meanwhile, Ohizu is a 22-year-old midfielder, who previously plied his trade for Young Stars Academy and Inter Enugu FC in his homeland, before joining Future of Africa FC and then Leruma United FC in the ABC Motsepe League.

He has been on trial at Ezenkosi since March, and has finally managed to land himself a deal at the club.
