Amajita defeated Mozambique 3-0 in the second round of CAF Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on Sunday afternoon.
Coming into the encounter, the tie was evenly poised at 1-1 following the first leg last weekend.
The hosts got the start they wanted when Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Wiseman Meyiwa broke the deadlock after nine minutes to put the South Africans 2-1 up on aggregate.
The lead on the day was doubled in the 32nd minute as Orlando Pirates striker Lyle Foster found the back of the net.
That proved to be the final goal of the opening stanza as Amajita went into the break with a healthy lead.
South Africa coach Thabo Senong opted for his first change after the hour mark as Tashreeq Matthews, who scored in the first leg, made way for Promise Mkhuma.
The third goal eventually arrived after 66 minutes thanks to Foster's second strike of the encounter, making it 3-0 on the day and 4-1 on aggregate.
The visitors were awarded a penalty with six minutes remaining but Amajita goalkeeper Khulekani Kubheka made the save to ensure his side kept a clean sheet.
