Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila targeting coach with CAF Champions League experience

Posted: 19 May 2018 Time: 09:00

Baroka CEO Morgan Mammila says the club's next coach will possess CAF Champions League experience.

The Limpopo side have been heavily linked with Township Rollers coach Nikola Kavazovic, who has guided the Botswana outfit to the group stages of the Champions League and has previously steered the national teams of Sri Lanka and Tajikistan.

"Surely we'll get a coach because now we are focused on the CVs of the coaches," Mammila tells KickOff.com.

"We've got CVs from all over, everywhere, and they are all big huh? It's one of those good CVs that you will be happy to grab each and every one. It's simple and straight forward; the coach must have had coached and have won a league in Africa, and played Champions League matches. Even if it's several matches it's fine.

"And the other requirement he must at least have been a national team coach. That's simple and that's the only two to pass. If you haven't done one of the two then you can't coach Baroka."
