Free State Stars coach Luc Eymael hopes his men can focus for their last league game of the season against Orlando Pirates amid talk surrounding his future and an upcoming Nedbank Cup final.
The teams will meet at Soweto's Orlando Stadium at 15h00 on Saturday in the final Absa Premiership match of the season, with little riding on the contest.
Ea Lla Koto have assured themselves a top-eight finish in the league and Eymael is mindful some of his charges could be thinking ahead to their Nedbank Cup final date with Maritzburg United at the Cape Town Stadium on May 19.
"We will try to do our best against Pirates," says Eymael, who is reportedly on the radar of Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United.
"It's a tough game. It's a nice game to play. My players are motivated. I don't know if in their heads some will be thinking for the final but I hope not.
"We will put into place a plan and try to collect points against Pirates like we do all the time.
"Everybody is talking about the final and about my future. First of all, the game against Pirates, we need to play. That's very important for us."
Eymael has a full-strength team at his disposal but will rest Bangaly Keita as the defender sits with three yellow cards and is one booking away from suspension.
"Keita has three yellow cards and I don't want to risk him being suspended for the Nedbank Cup final," Eymael adds.
"It's the only one we can rest because the rest of the players don't have a problem with yellow cards."
Bucs, meanwhile, are without Musa Nyatama, Mpho Makola, Thembinkosi Lorch, Luvuyo Memela and Thabiso Kutumela through injury.
Bernard Morrison, Marc van Heerden and Gladwin Shitolo are also doubtful for the Soweto giants, who have already secured CAF Champions League football for next season by finishing runners-up to Mamelodi Sundowns.
