Zakri, Hachi to leave Sundowns?

Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has admitted that he has a tough decision to make on the futures of Yannick Zakri and Fares Hachi.
Sundowns sent Zakri and Hachi out on loan to Ajax Cape Town and Chippa United after signing fellow foreigners Jeremy Brockie and Gaston Sirino.
Sundowns have five foreigners – Soumahoro Bangaly, Ricardo Nascimento, Razak Brimah, Brockie and Sirino – meaning they have to release one of them to make way for recently announced new signing Toni Silva.
Silva, who played for the youth teams of English Premier League giants Chelsea and Liverpool, is seen as a replacement for the departing Khama Billiat.
Suggestions are that Zakri and Hachi will leave the club. Zakri joined Sundowns midway through last season, but took time to settle and could not get ahead of Tebogo Langerman at left-back.
“We have to make a decision on what we do on that. It’s very difficult to make a decision now because sometimes we receive good offers for our players and sometimes we have to let them go because you have good offers,” Mosimane tells KickOff.com.
“Players always want to move to bigger things and they also want surety, that they will play and will be part of the team. You have to be honest and deal with them because they are not stupid. If you lie to them, they know you are lying. So you have to make sure that you do the right thing.
“Zakri had offers from North Africa. They know him over there and Middle East too. A player like Zakri you can always transfer him because he scores goals. Fares is North African and he knows that space. If we feel it’s time to move on, we will do that. If we feel we should keep him, we will do that. That’s why the post-season is the most difficult. People think that now the season is finished we are going to lie in Mauritius. You have talks, agents talk. So you cannot say you are on holiday and you don’t make decisions.”
