Polokwane City will give supporters free access for their crunch match against Chippa United

Posted: 9 May 2018 Time: 17:27

Polokwane City have granted supporters free exercises to their match against Chippa United at Old Peter on Saturday.

Rise and Shine are hoping to get support on the final day of the season as they look to avoid going into the relegation/promotion play-offs.

City are in 13th place on 33 points, just two ahead of Ajax Cape Town, who occupy the play-offs spot going into the final day of the season.

The hosts know that they cannot afford to slip up at home and will be hoping to get the backing of many supporters come match day.

“Entrance is free for our final Absa Premiership match of the season against Chippa United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday,” the club’s statement read.

“[It’s] Just to say thanks to our supporters and also pushing to have the 12th man behind the boys. Gates open at 12h00.”

Kickoff is 3pm.
