Kaizer Chiefs were crowned MultiChoice Diski Shield winners after recording a 3-1 victory over Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday afternoon.
The Brazilians got off to a good start and took the lead in the 12th minute, with Vuyo Mantjie firing past Brylon Petersen.
The Soweto giants managed to restore parity on the stroke of half-time, though, as Yusuf Bunting converted from the penalty spot.
Chiefs then took the lead in the 52nd minute as Katlego Ntsabeleng slotted home from close range after some good inter-passing in the build up.
The win was sealed with 20 minutes remaining when they were awarded a second penalty on the day, which Given Thibedi converted.
Third/Fourth Place Playoff:
Golden Arrows claimed third place in the tournament with a comfortable 3-0 win over Bloemfontein Celtic.
The Durban outfit broke the deadlock through an own goal from Celtic's Thato Lesenyeho.
Thando Khwela extended Arrows' lead in the 58th minute with a superb strike from range.
The win was sealed in time added on courtesy of Falakhe Tshanini's long-range effort that caught the Celtic goalkeeper unaware.
