Tottenham striker Harry Kane who's enjoying a career-best scoring season has been described as the world's best number nine.
Kane, 24, has scored 36 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions this season but his scintillating form has often been overshadowed by the European Golden Shoe Leader Mohamed Salah.
The England international has been linked with moves to Real Madrid in recent months after an impressive UEFA Champions League campaign and his teammate Harry Winks reckons he's the best striker in world football.
Winks based his opinion on Kane's performances in the Champions League Group Stage fixtures, where the England star played a key role in their 3-1 victory at Wembley over the european champions.
Despite Kane only registering an assist in the game, the academy graduate recorded seven goals in as many games throughout their 2017/18 campaign.
"For me, he's the best striker in the world, and I think he's proven that. As an out-and-out number 9, I think he’s the best striker in the world, I do," he told BeIN Sports during a discussion about Europe's leading goal scorers.
"What I gage from talking to him and seeing him around the building every day, he loves the club, he’s passionate about succeeding and winning trophies at Tottenham.
"As far as I can see he’s more than happy at Spurs and hopefully he can lead us to glory and trophies."
