Golden Arrows' misfortune on Spain tour continues

Multichoice Diski Challenge champions Golden Arrows have recieved more disppointing news in their tour of Spain.
Arrows last week embarked on a trip to Europe as part of their prize for being crowned champions of the PSL's reserve league for the 2017/18 season.
After watching Real Madrid thump Girona 6-3 in a La Liga encounter last Sunday, the Durban-based outfit outsmarted Spanish Segunda side Rayo Vallecano's reserve team in a 2-1 victory on Monday.
They were meant to face Catlan giants Barcelona last Thursday and then Espanyol on Friday, but a last-minute fixture change saw the fixture move to Monday, with Girona stepping in as a replacement on Friday.
The newly-promoted La Liga outfit proved too strong for Abafana Bes'thende, who put out a valiant effort in a 4-2 defeat.
However, it has this morning since been confirmed that Barca's reserve team are unable to honour the fixture once again, leaving Arrows stranded in the final few days of their tour.
We have just been informed that due to a number of injuries in the FC Barcelona team both from National duty and games played last night, this means that they will be unable to field a team to play against us this morning, so the game has unfortunately been cancelled.— Golden Arrows FC (@goldenarrowsfc1) March 26, 2018
