Germany international striker wants move to Premier League giants Manchester United

One of Germany's most highly-rated talents has spoken of his desire to move to the Premier League with Manchester United and Liverpool touted as his next destination.

With seven goals in 10 senior appearances for the World Champions, RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner is widely regarded as the future of the German national team. And his displays in the triumphant 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup campaign further enhanced his reputation on the global stage.

His form with Die Bullen has been equally impressive in the Bundesliga, scoring 31 goals in 54 games since their promotion to the German top-flight.

However, the 22-year-old concedes a move to England is on his mind, as he looks towards the next step of his development.

"Playing in the Premier League is a dream for me," he told FourFourTwo magazine. "I would like to play for two or three clubs, and Manchester United are one of those clubs.

"Manchester United and Liverpool were the teams I watched quite a lot in England. But when I have to decide, I'm more Manchester United than Liverpool.

"I'm now at a point where at some stage in the future I'd like to play in a team that wins titles."
