Chelsea boss Antonio Conte praises Pep Guardiola's Manchester City

Posted: 4 March 2018 Time: 08:30

Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has shared his opinion on manager Pep Guardiola and his rampant Manchester City side ahead of their Premier League clash on Sunday.

The Citizens are currently at the summit of the English top-flight, 22
points ahead of the fifth-placed Blues, who travel to the Etihad Stadium
today.

"Manchester City was always a fantastic team, but after one season the manager tried to improve the quality of the starting XI, to improve the quality in his squad, and this is the result," Conte told reporters, as quoted via ESPN FC.

"Sometimes it's very difficult to find a weakness in this team. In this moment, to see an advantage against a team like Manchester City is very difficult.

"But at the same time, we have to prepare the game in the right way and hope to have all the players in good form and try to fight for a good result," the Italian added.

"For sure in this moment they seem unstoppable."
