Confirmed Line-Ups: Manchester City v Chelsea

Posted: 4 March 2018 Time: 17:15

Premier League leaders Manchester City will face struggling champions Chelsea in a high-profile clash – here are the confirmed line-ups by both teams.

City enter the game on the back of two convincing 3-0 wins over Arsenal and with a massive 22-point advantage over the Blues.

Antonio Conte’s side need to get a result in order to prevent falling further behind in the top four race after losing three of their last four league games.

Following defeats against Bournemouth, Watford and Manchester United, Chelsea now only sit in fifth place and could find themselves five points adrift of the UEFA Champions League spots, if they would lose against City and their top four rivals win their weekend games.

Chelsea did beat City when they last visited the Etihad Stadium in December 2016 and have won three of the last five contests between the two sides in all competitions.

Here is how both teams will line up:

Manchester City: Ederson, Walker, Laporte, Otamendi, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Bernardo, Sane, Silva (c), De Bruyne, Aguero.

Chelsea: Courtois; Azpilicueta (c), Christensen, Rudiger; Moses, Fabregas, Drinkwater, Alonso; Willian, Hazard, Pedro.
