Real Madrid fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Brazil starlet Vinicius Junior as the teenage prodigy continues to break records previously set by Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar.
Vinicius, 17, signed for Real last year for a reported fee of £40m (R648m) from Campeonato Brasileiro Série A side Flamengo, just ten days after making his first-team debut for the club.
Los Blancos scouts were mesmerised by his talents during the Under-17 South American Championship, which the precocious talent scored seven goals and was voted as player of the tournament, as Seleção secured their seventh title.
However, what's really brought a sense of anticipation to the European champions is how the eccentric teenager has taken to life within senior first-team football in his native country.
In 1,380 minutes of football at senior level this season he has scored eight goals, which is one more than Neymar did in his first 1,500 minutes at Santos.
Vinicius will officially arrive at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on 12 July 2018.
