Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes has opened up about the future of striker Robert Lewandowski after the Bundesliga star sacked his long-serving agent this week.
Lewandowksi is said to be engineering a move away from Die Rotten in the off-season after deciding to leave his agent, who has represented him for the past decade.
Chelsea, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have all been on alert with his future unclear, but Heynckes was quick to diffuse any confusion surrounding the Poland international's long-term commitment to the Bundesliga champions.
"I think there's nothing wrong with a player changing his agent. I can't judge the reasons," Heynckes told reporters, as reported via AS. "It doesn't mean anything at all for us, given the way I know the officials here at Bayern and what I've heard from them.
"Bayern is not a club that sells the top players. Top players at Bayern stay at Bayern. I can't imagine there's a chance of him leaving Bayern."
Since arriving in the Bundesliga in 2010, Lewandowski has scored 171 goals and registered 50 assists in 249 games for Borussia Dortmund and Bayern respectively.
